Artwork - The Caffeine Gourmet will develop and print custom labels using your selection of photographic artwork or logo. The Caffeine Gourmet does not develop custom logo or art. All artwork can be submitted via request form or e-mail. Artwork should be hi resolution format and should be 900 pixels by 900 pixels or 3 in by 3 in. minimum 300dpi. Acceptable formats are photoshop, eps, jpeg, tiff, png or pdf. The Caffeine Gourmet will attempt to provide clients with a completed proof within 2 business days.
Setup Charges- The Caffeine Gourmet does not charge a setup fee for labels. This includes 2 revisions. If more than 2 revisions are required a fee of $45.00 per revision will be accessed.
Proofs- The Caffeine Gourmet will provide a completed proof for your approval prior to beginning production. Proofs will be delivered via e-mail or mail depending on your preference. Acceptance of proof can be sent via e-mail, fax or phone.
Color matching- The Caffeine Gourmet will make every attempt to match colors on logos and artwork. However due to difference in computers and monitors variations can and do occur. The easiest remedy is to submit completed art of your choosing. we will not alter or change these colors or art in any way.
Rush Orders- Normal production time for orders is 7 to 10 business days after acceptance of proof. Rush Orders can be completed usually in 3 to 5 business depending on availability of resources and acceptance of proof. A service charge will be added to all rush orders. Order Fulfillment- The Caffeine Gourmet does not have the capabilities at this time to act as a delivery representative and fulfillment house for our clients. All orders will be shipped in entirety to the shipping address specified on the invoice at time of orders. Changes to shipping address can be made if desired provided that the order has not already shipped.
